Browse our FAQs to quickly find answers to the most common questions about Survio.
Making sure you’re using the correct login – the one you used when signing up for Survio – is key. No idea which one it was? The ID of any of your surveys created in Survio will help us establish it.
Missing your survey in your Survio account? Your survey might be under a different account with a different login e-mail, or a typo may have occurred during registration. Please try logging in with any other e-mail addresses you own first, and include the survey's URL ID when contacting support.
Restore your password using this link and the e-mail you used when signing up for Survio. If you haven’t received our password reset e-mail, don’t forget to check the spam folder.
To change your login e-mail address, please see the instructions in this article.
In order to delete your account, log in to your account, click on the profile icon in the top right hand corner and select Account. Then press the Delete account button. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription's auto-renewal.
Surveys in Survio are anonymous by default, if you do not ask respondents for identification data (e.g. name, e-mail, etc.) directly in the survey.
The anonymity of respondents disappears for example if you distribute the survey via e-mail invitations (the campaign manager feature). By the e-mail you will find out which anwers come from which respondents.
Yes, your respondents can follow a different path based on their answers. The feature you will find useful here is the survey logic.
You can ask for the respondent's name/e-mail directly in the survey, so it will be one of the questions.
If you have the e-mail addresses of your respondents, send survey invitations directly from Survio with the help of our e-mail campaign manager. E-mail addresses of your respondents will then be displayed in the section of individual responses, as well as in an Excel/csv report.
Most likely you used one or more 'Multiple choice' question types. When respondents can choose more than one answer, the results cannot be presented in one column. The results show you whether the respondent chose the given option or not. However, you don't have to worry about evaluating such data, because we have already processed the results in clear charts.
You can create one survey, which you then copy. In these copies, change the language in the settings, which automatically translates the system messages. The texts of the questions and answers must be translated separately on your end.
Another approach is to create one survey with one question only - what’s the respondent's preferred language. Then use the logic function to redirect the respondent to another Survio survey (based on their answer), which will already be in the language chosen by the respondent. In that case, however, the results will be separate for each survey. You can then, for example, download the results of all surveys in Excel if you need to merge them.
We only store the data from submitted surveys. It means that if your respondents leave half way through, their answers will not be recorded.
Depending on the subscription you chose, we renew your subscription on a monthly/annual basis automatically. It’s vital to many businesses using our services. We transparently inform you about it during the purchase process, in our Terms and Conditions and in your user profile. You are free to deactivate it any time you want in your Survio profile.
In short, you’re entitled to a refund of your first order within 14 days after the purchase date as long as you haven’t taken advantage of premium features (e.g. uploading a logo, increasing the response limit, downloading reports, survey logic, thank you page customization, etc.). You can find complete information in our general Terms and Conditions.
