You can apply filters to view specific segments of your survey results, such as comparing responses from men and women.
To apply filters:
- Click the Results button at the top of your screen.
- Click +Create a filter.
You can filter results by:
- Answers to one or more questions
- Responses from a specific date or date range
- Surveys completed in less/more than a specified amount of time
- Completed, discarded, or partially completed surveys
- Source (e-mail invitation, direct link, social media, etc.)
You can combine multiple filters to further narrow down results, such as filtering feedback from a particular office branch, or you can narrow it even further down to only see negative/average feedback directed at a particular branch.
