Usage
The multiple choice question is ideal when you want respondents to select more than one answer. However, it won’t indicate the importance of the selected options.
Warning: Do not use this question type when only one answer is needed (e.g., for gender selection: male or female).
Analyzing results
You can evaluate frequencies in both relative and absolute values (percentages or occurrences). Since respondents can choose multiple answers, the percentage of responses can exceed 100%, so be mindful of the calculation basis.
Graph
Only column graphs should be used to display results, as pie charts are unsuitable due to the potential for percentages exceeding 100%.
Options & settings
- Display answers in a row, column, or drop-down menu.
