The topic of diversity in the workplace is increasingly being discussed. In some countries, it is one of the priorities for companies. Our interest is to actively help companies in a more strategic approach to the topic.

That is why we decided to map the market and see how companies perceive diversity and inclusion. The current status and sociological research will help us get started responsibly.
