I hereby consent that my personal data may be processed by the City of Straubing for the purpose of preparing the documents and handing over the vouchers. I have taken note of the data protection information in accordance with Article 13 DSGVO. / Ich beantrage das Willkommenspaket der Stadt Straubing und erkläre, dass die genannte Person in Straubing mit 1. Wohnsitz gemeldet ist, an der TUM eingeschrieben ist und am Standort Straubing studiert. Ich erkläre mich damit einverstanden, dass meine personenbezogenen Daten von der Stadt Straubing zum Zwecke der Erstellung der Unterlagen und der Aushändigung der Gutscheine verarbeitet werden dürfen.
