Organise in-house trainings on ESG topics
SuReal organizes knowledge-sharing sessions every Monday on sustainability topics and internal projects to help its employees keep up with the changes in the sector and with the fast-changing regulations provided by the European Union. These trainings also help to understand the opportunities and risks linked to various ESG topics and will help to efficiently implement the new ESG strategy of the company.

Promote diversity, inclusion and non-discrimination in the workplace
Promoting diversity of gender, age, race, ethnicity, language, seniority and skills, and ensuring zero discrimination is at the heart of SuReal's values. Indeed, 60% of employees are women and 40% are men, with a perfectly gender-equal management team of 50% women and 50% men. Additionally, 6 nationalities and 6 languages are represented within our 25 employees. SuReal places a strong emphasis on fostering a completely non-discriminatory environment, where every employee is treated with respect and has equal opportunities. The office is accessible for people with disabilities and a breastfeeding room is available. This commitment is reflected in SuReal's practices, including equal pay and compensation and equal promotion opportunities. Also, internal workshops are given on non-discrimination topics in the workplace and with the clients.

Allocate monetary and non-monetary resources to support charitable initiatives and sponsorships
From the start of SuReal, every year min. 1.5% of EBIT has been allocated to a good cause, mainly in the health sector. The management of SuReal spend min. 2.5% of their time yearly for good causes. Additionally, SuReal tries to attribute at least one team event to a good cause each year (e.g., "Canal It Up")

Invest in employee skill development
In addition to SuReal's official knowledge-sharing sessions, where sustainability topics are presented every Monday, the company actively encourages employees to communicate and share their knowledge on a daily basis. The internal knowledge-sharing system is highly functional, facilitating ongoing collaboration and learning. Furthermore, SuReal regularly sends employees to conferences, workshops, and online learning opportunities covering a wide range of topics to ensure their continuous skill development.
How important is it that SuReal invests in employee skill development? Examples of investment could include trainings and workshops, mentorship and coaching, online courses, feedback and performance reviews, career development plans, etc.

Implement security measures
SuReal has implemented a robust security system, featuring access codes and a surveillance camera at the entrance of the office to ensure a high level of security.
How important is it that SuReal implements security measures? This could include installing alarm systems, maintaining visitor logs, training on emergency situations and support employees in obtaining their first aid certificate.

Provide physical and mental health support
SuReal puts a strong emphasis on the well-being of its employees, encouraging them to engage in physical activity. Simultaneously, SuReal puts a strong emphasis on the mental health of its employees, actively encouraging the use of the Alan app, which provides mental health support and resources. The company has created a well-being-focused office environment, with an abundance of plants, communal eating areas, a nap room, and a building design that prioritizes employees' mental well-being. The company frequently organizes after-work events and activities to foster camaraderie among colleagues.
SuReal highly values the importance of a good work-life balance for enhanced workplace efficiency. As part of its commitment to employees' well-being, the company fully supports their personal projects, travel plans, and extracurricular activities. SuReal allows working from home and encourages reasonable work hours so that employees have the opportunity to enjoy activities during the evenings.
