This year, everything will be even bigger and better: we will have aweseome panelists and keynote speakers. 30 start-ups will be in the exhibition area.

We cover 50% of the costs incurred for building the exhibition stands; 50%, i.e. EUR 450 is on us and EUR 450 is on you !

Statement of agreement

With the submission of this application form you agree:

- to participate in the H2UB HYDROVERSE CONVENTION 25th and 26th of June.

- We cover 50% of the costs incurred for building the exhibition stands; 50%, i.e. EUR 450 is on us and EUR 450 is on you.

We presuppose your commitment to participate all days in the event.

Privacy Policy

- What personal data do we collect in this survey: Personal info on team members (names, emails, entrepreneurial + academic skills)

- How will we use your personal data: we use your personal data to inform the selection process for the H2UB HYDROVERSE CONVENTION 2025, June 26th. We will use your email to notify you whether you will participate or not. Furthermore we will contact you for other activities of H2UB relevant for H2 start-ups.

- How do we store your data: The data collected will be stored on servers run by the survey provider Survio, which are based in the European Union. When exported, the data will be stored on the MS Sharepoint Servers of H2UB GmbH, which are based in the European Union. Only employees of H2UB GmbH have access to the files. The servers are protected with passwords.

- Marketing: You have the right to opt out from mailings and updates any time. Just write a short mail to info@h2ub.com, then we will delete your contact details from our mailing lists.

- Your right to access and to rectification: you have the right to request copies of your personal data any time. You have the right to request to complete information you believe is incomplete.

- Your right to erasure, restrict processing or to request data portability: You have the right send a request to that H2UB GmbH erases your data, restricts the processing of your data or demands the transfer to another organisation.
