This survey is part of the master thesis: "Analysis and Development of Universal Web Technologies and Strategies for Digital Laggards.” The thesis is written by Fabian Mischke at the "Technische Universität Dresden" at the faculty of computer science. The goal of this survey is to get a better understanding of the specific requirements of websites for small and medium sized businesses.
