You can easily set a deadline for your survey to ensure that responses are only collected within a specific time frame. This feature is especially useful for employee satisfaction surveys, quarterly or monthly customer satisfaction surveys, and similar projects. With this setting enabled, you won’t need to manually stop answer collection.
How to set a survey deadline:
Open the Dashboard (My Surveys), choose the survey, and click the Settings button.
Activate the Survey deadlines switch and enter the date in the End field. On this date, the survey will automatically deactivate and stop collecting responses.
The survey will stop collecting answers one second after midnight on the chosen end date. For example, if the end date is May 17, 2024, it will stop at 00:00:01.
You can always reactivate the survey or extend the deadline if needed.
